Overview.
The Friday Night Social League is an occasion for both new and experienced curlers to curl in a non-competitive, fun, and social environment. An opportunity for new curlers to learn the game while providing more experienced curlers fresh challenges as they move up the ranks and try out different playing positions.
This league runs as a "Tag" format, meaning each week new teams are made up from those who have shown up to play. As the emphasis is on social curling, the tag system allows you to meet and play with new people throughout the league. Games alternate between 7:00 pm. and 9:00 pm. draws on Fridays.
The Friday Night Social League is open to individuals as well as couples. Couples can choose to curl with or on the same ice as their partner/friend or curl on different teams/sheets of ice. Every effort is made to arrange balanced teams with a mix of skill and experience. As this is a social league, it’s all about having FUN!
