A member seeking to withdraw their membership and participation from curling for the season may
request a refund from the Club Manager, for their club membership and league fees, subject to the
following terms:
• Only club membership and league fees are eligible for refund. OCA and other fees collected by
the club and remitted to other entities are not refundable.
• A full refund will be granted if cancellation of membership occurs before the resigning member’s
first day of curling.
• Once league play has begun, a 75% refund will be granted if cancellation occurs within the first 3
weeks of curling.
• A 50% refund will be granted if cancellation occurs within the first 4 to 6 weeks of curling.
• No refund will be given after 6 weeks of play.
• If the resigning member has any outstanding balances with the club, (Beverage, Food,
Equipment, etc. on account), these amounts owing will be deducted from the amount refunded.
All requests for refunds must be made to the Club Manager in writing. Exceptional circumstances may
be considered by the Board of Directors. The decision of the Board will be clearly communicated to the
resigning member, the Treasurer and Bookkeeper. The Board decision shall be final.

Ice is available to rent for Team Building, Staff Functions and Christmas Parties!
Take your office or your friends out for a fun day of curling, perhaps even start a league.
Ice rentals - based on a minimum of 6 people per sheet.

The Richmond Hill Curling Club is pleased to welcome external groups -- corporate events, gatherings of friends & family, and more -- to come enjoy the RHCC experience.
For those groups looking for a curling experience, we offer bookings of ice time and our ice rentals are available from October to April. Up to six sheets of ice are available for your rental group, and we have rental pricing to meet different group sizes and for different amounts of rental time, there are limited times available during the daytime and evenings.
Our facility has a large lounge and large dining room that together can accommodate approximately 120 people. These rooms are available as a stand-alone rental all 12 months of the year or as part of an ice rental.

We welcome members and non-members as well as organizations and clubs to advertise at Richmond Hill Curling Club. The support we receive through advertising is greatly appriciated.
We offer the following options:

From time to time Guests (non-members) may curl at RHCC in one of our regular leagues and programs.
Guests are required to complete a Liability Waiver before going on the ice. There are separate waivers for Adults and Youths.
Youth waivers (for those under the age of 18) must be completed by a parent or guardian.
