The adult "Learn to Curl" membership program is designed to teach first time adult curlers to curl with enjoyment and confidence. The program consists of 6 weekly lessons, each lesson is approximately 1.5 hours in length. Once the lesson portion is complete, participants will enjoy weekly league play for the balance of the curling season .
Curlers receive instruction and coaching every week, both on & off ice from our instructors. Curlers will start by learning the basic skills and game etiquette; then delivery technique and game strategy will be introduced.The program includes ample opportunity for games.
Instructors are available to help curlers learn essential skills they will need to play in games and bonspiels. The low student-to-instructor ratio accelerates skill development.
Equipment is supplied. Wear comfortable clothing that stretches and dedicate a pair of running shoes for curling to keep the ice clean.
